Terms of Service

These terms describe the rules and responsibilities that apply when you create an account or use AccessPoint.

The service

AccessPoint analyzes email-domain routing records and provider mappings to suggest possible login destinations. Results are informational and may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. AccessPoint does not verify that a mailbox exists and does not log in to a mailbox for you.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your account credentials, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may not share an account in a way that bypasses usage limits or access controls.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use AccessPoint to:

  • Break the law, invade privacy, impersonate others, or facilitate unauthorized access.
  • Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the service.
  • Bypass security, rate limits, account restrictions, or technical safeguards.
  • Misrepresent a suggested destination as verified, guaranteed, or endorsed.

Third-party destinations

Results may point to websites operated by third parties. AccessPoint does not control those websites, their availability, or their authentication practices. Confirm the domain and follow your organization's security guidance before entering credentials.

Availability and changes

The service may change, become unavailable, or stop supporting a provider or feature. Access may be suspended when necessary to protect the service, comply with law, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms.

Disclaimers

AccessPoint is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that every result will be accurate, complete, secure, or continuously available. You remain responsible for reviewing a destination before using it.

Limitation of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, AccessPoint is not responsible for losses caused by your use of a third-party destination, reliance on an incorrect result, unauthorized account use, or events outside the service's reasonable control.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version was published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to future use.
